Older?
Of late I’ve been feeling rather old and outdated. Feeling like I’m still stuck in the last decade while the world has moved on (And I don’t like looking at this blog because it just confirms the feeling :-))
A b’day card from my colleagues saying “Happy birthday to the YOUNGEST member of our team” did kinda cheer me up. But in an office full of aged people, it’s not too hard to be the youngest. (If any of my colleagues read this, I didn’t mean YOU…you ofcourse belong to the younger lot)
Maybe it is post-bday blues. Or perhaps because it’s that time of the year when the videshi friends come home for holidays and we talk about the “old times”. Or probably the fact that my dad happens to know more about this generation than I do!

ahhahahahahaha big fat chakka. I still find it hard to swallow that dumbasses we dismissed as useless are now covering songs we still haven't lost the casette covers to.

Nobody gets older just by saying it dear,
i think ur blog 'Older?' is a masterpice and i laughed my way listening to a official call ( in which obviously i hardly had interest)
But i think, ur being harsh on the new age radio jockey, i have been one for couple of years with uvavani and still have friends working in the industry. I am going to defend them only one point - With time talks change.
I mean do you really think a channel can be appealing without giving the masala, i mean we can make an attempt but then again for reaching the audience u tend to get into the shoes of people out there.
anyways it has been ages i have been in media, so cant comment much, but keep up the good work, ur blog is nowadays an addiction for me.......
